Night Shift plans, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

Plans
- Night Shift monthly: $19.99 per month. Renews automatically every month at $19.99 plus any applicable tax, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel.
- Night Shift season: $99, one payment for access through the day after the Super Bowl. It does not renew automatically. We'll email you before next season if you want to join again.
- VIP / free memberships from a code never charge you and never turn into a paid plan unless you choose one.
Cancel anytime, online
Go to Account → Manage membership → Cancel (or use the "Click to cancel" link in any billing email). It takes one click, no call or chat required. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; you won't be charged again.
Refunds
If you're not happy, email hello@nightshiftlines.com within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that, payments aren't refundable and we don't pro-rate partial months, except where the law requires it or we end your membership without cause. Results of picks are never grounds for a refund: no pick is guaranteed.
Price changes
We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, with how to cancel. The new price applies from your next renewal after that date.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails we'll retry for up to 7 days and email you; access pauses if it still fails.
Annual reminder
At least once a year we'll email monthly members a reminder of what they're paying, how often, and how to cancel.
Taxes
Prices exclude sales tax where it applies; tax shows at checkout.
