Privacy policy
What NightShiftLines collects, why, and how to ask us to see or delete it.

This explains what NightShiftLines ("we") collects through nightshiftlines.com, our emails and memberships, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect

We don't use ad trackers or sell or "share" personal data for targeted advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts limiting their use of your data: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email provider (sending email), Stripe (payments), Discord (if you join the members server). We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business.
How long we keep it
Email list data until you unsubscribe (plus a suppression record so we don't email you again). Member and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 7 years). Consent records for at least 3 years or 1 year after your membership ends, whichever is longer. Cloudflare logs per Cloudflare's own retention.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Ask to see, correct, download or delete your data by emailing hello@nightshiftlines.com. We'll answer within 45 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
- Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we give them to everyone.
- We don't sell personal data, so there's nothing to opt out of; if that ever changes we'll add a "Do Not Sell or Share" link first and honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Age
The Service is for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers, rate limiting and least-access practices, and we never store card numbers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we'll notify you as the law requires.
Where data is processed
In the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the US.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new date, and email members about material changes.
